A: To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout, where you’ll be guided through the payment and shipping process.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Since we operate on a dropshipping model, orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its progress.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary based on order size and location. You can view shipping rates at checkout before completing your order.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: At this time we only accept returns if the product is damaged. Please take an unboxing video to ensure that the damage is not caused by the customer and send it to our customer service email to receive a new product or refund.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
